We are getting the same message from our minister at church, and it is high time we tried to pull something back before it's too late for our young people.  What a shame we no longer have morning assembly in schools; that and Sunday school are where I learned all my hymns.  With my husband I didn't go to church much, nor did my children I'm sorry to say.  It came home to me over Christmas how much our generations enjoyed in the way of religious (and accordingly moral) instruction; my daughter hasn't had the same school or church background and consequently hardly knew the carols we sang on Christmas Day.  It's good to be home.   Happy New Year to you.
