My dad used to tell me that he "Hereby resolves to stop chasing really ugly women, hitting someone's fist, hard and repeatedly, with his face, (And I always thought that he was born with that nose!) and chasing parked cars!" (Another nose possibility.) I bet that those resolutions were reasonably attainable goals.
