I hear you in you're couplets that don't always rhyme, the paradigms of an iambic, syllables seeking their quest. And I wonder what would happen when your words met their speak...I wonder...

This really struck home with me...

"...there was no war, simply a conflict unresolved," because it touches on my last relationship.
And the brilliant lines...
"The dragon moves about; moves about
fiery and lost;"
...describes my being since then. A state of mind and heart that, thankfully, I'm coming out of.
Poignant and powerful, Shelly. One of the best I've read.
