...You know, I had understood that the Brits never formally invited our emperor-boy at all; that is was a pre-planned event set long ago. That they wanted out of it.
Bottom line: this is the worst "president" in US history. Helen Thomas was right. And despite the media's neverending fellatio of this man and his nasty administration, more and more people are waking up to that fact. Even so-called Republicans. (So-called because, in my mind, the last true Republican to live was Eisenhower. Who calls themselves Republicans now are anything but. In fact they are little more than "borrow and spend" bureaucrats. In fact, the biggest single expansions of government have come--under Republicans. Hmmm.)
