Is postponing until the last minute (yet, you get it done) procrastination? I thought so!

Powerful and perfect, Sam!
I so enjoy your rich but 'just right' language and the deep, reaching meaning of the verse complete....

Not quite sure about that sandman thing Shelly
somehow it makes me skin crawl to think of it; must be shadows of some film or other! As a piece this is exquisite my friend; many blessings and thanks always

When I was a child, mother always sang us a beautiful little Sandman song and it always made me drift off to pleasant dreams.

Sis
Is he the same sandman you're talking about? And wonder of all wonder, he even brought beautiful dreams for Sinome! Then I must know who he is

Great poem Sammy... All of us who have had issues with that Sandman know what you are talking about. I can't complain because He is brought me some beautiful dreams but is his absence I suffer more for... Your poem is an excellent illustration. Bravo

deep dark and mysterious use of the words Sam. I again had to really think what you meant before I wrote a comment. I think I may rest on the noon day tide.Maybe a siesta
