can be so usefull/vital-however it does not happen 'overnight'! Have faith in your God too-for He 'delicated' part of His work-to-your therapist! God Bless. Chris.

I am not Dr. Phil but I do see that you need to change the way that you see yourself. You are going through a difficult place on this journey called life, but you have to see yourself the way you want to be. Depression is a real dibilitating illness, and one that must be conquered. Listen to your counselor and doctor and follow their directions. Help yourself by taking baby steps to your ultimate goal. If you fall down, get up and go at it again. NEVER give in, give up, or turn back because the "BEST" is yet to come! You can overcome this challenge with help from both God and man. You can do anything and be anything that you set your mind to do and be. You can do it, God can help!
