Sorry to hear that you have had such a rotten year
I think with your son, you can only be there for him if he is doing the right thing by you and the rest of the family and that means keeping on the right side of the law. It may do him good to get treated by professionals who are used to dealing with youth made unbalanced by drink and drugs.
Even the socalled soft drugs are 'harder' than you think with all the psychological effects etc etc.
Have a better year next year and hand on in there.
