Thank you Pat_B. I guess a grocery mart visit in the -2
o weather is in order since I don't have any of that except for the toast. LOL. I am though feeling better in the digestive tract today.

I LOVE THE NEW LOOK!! And, I agree with Pat-B; antibiotics do the same thing to my tummy - so now, I ALWAYS grab a bottle of live acidopholus from my neighborhood health food/ vitamin store, and it clears me right up (and gives me more energy and makes me feel much better). Antibiotics can really take its toll - can you imagine all the poor little suffering good bacteria perishing in the name of your bad toe?? Feel better soon and don't forget to replace all of those good little bugs in your system! Mal

Beautiful new frame for your writing, Taps. Very appropriate.
If you want to lessen the mess caused by your antibiotics, eat a serving of Activia or the Yo-Plus yogurt by Yoplait. They restore the good guys in your colon. There's also a diet to help with those miserable side effects, the BRAT diet: Bananas, Rice, Applesauce & Toast.

It's uphill from here on, TAPS. All the best with your toe. I like the new look. Funnily enough, when I first saw it I wondered if Gomedome had anything to do with it. It's the TV always on that gets me - but then I do the same with the radio.

Wow this is so festive! but I am sorry that you are having tro9ubles. I will pray that your toe gets all better :-) and thet the antibiotics stop bothering you... Merry Christmas
You include a nice mixture of Christmassy and wintry images. Don’t even think of anything sharp with your toe. I need three hours each way to eat dairy products from the time that I take my antibiotic pills. I have three left love.
