Have you published yet?
If so, then yeah, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and others have ways to list your book online. If not, though, one of the better POD publishers -- assuming you haven't found a manstream publisher yet -- is something called outskirts press. They seem to have a really good promotion plan going on without a lot of $$$ up front.
If you're up and ready t go, check with local newsapers about publishing press releases and book reviews - bigger ones are tougher nuts to crack but smaller, locals are pretty good -- I know I just did a piece on a woman who wrote a children's book.

Maybe you could get it listed at Amazon.com
even make it avaiable on their "Kindle" download. I know I'd buy it!
