Although in europe if your sister was murdered the murderer could be out in 4 years. Thats no good either.
Honestly if they just killed them fast. Do the trial, establish the guilt or innocence, I don't think it would be so dramatic. People would get numb to it. I know a pot-head who told me he wouldn't smoke it in Thailand because he was afraid to be executed.
See even in Texas people aren't nearly that scared/respectful. Over here the death penalty is a joke. Too much screwing around. Either become more evolved or slaughter them quick.
And forget trying to reform them. If you don't get them when they're young, it's over.
