You Are So Right!
I have been through aa lot of things in life and I have found humor has gotten me through as well.Either by my friends or when I myself try to make others smile.Maintain that view and u will be able to overcome anything

Your blog about taking humor , seriously. Seriously!
I run a "Meals on Wheels" route delivering meals to seniors and those who are infirm and/or alone, shut-ins. Humor keeps them connected and gives them a reason to wake up, each day. One old timer remarked to me when I asked what plans he had for next month, "Son, at my age, I don't even buy green bananas, anymore!" That's what we are BOTH talkin' about! Humor is condusive to longe,r and a more meaningful and satisfying life. When there are far more days behind us, than awaiting us, humor is our last solice and our "raison d'etre!"
