- Go to And Almost Everywhere: Wanna Save Money? Lose those Cards and Spend it...
You are right, Naut. I spend more, more often using a card than I ever do using cash and I usually have both in my pocket. Don't ask me why.

Smart post. Credit cards are prohibitively expensive.

Naut
I’m always amazed at what some researchers get money for – to study the spending habit of credit card holders versus cash only shoppers!?!? I wonder if their spending their proceeds in cash form.

You know what they say, Naut....
...."
A bird in the hand is better than two in the bush," but with credit, that rule of thumb is rendered moot.

I have such a problem with spending I find it does not matter if it is cash or credit ... I do damage with both. :-( Perhaps if I had larger bills like that bloger said...hmmm yes !... that's the ticket... I'tell my husband that , I just need to have larger bills loll

Nautikos, seriously, what helps me is carrying bigger bills...I'm likely
to feel too embarrassed to pull them out and expect change.

Well, well, well, that's not very new: all merchants (and I used to be one) know that. That's why you make more money when you accept credit cards and debits! people don't count the same way with credit cards, money become expendable!
