An Obama Presidency that would preserve his legacy would be bigger folly! Serious people with serious thought had better come up with a different approach! It is certainly to be hoped that sanity prevails once people are in the administration rather than in the election mode. But I am very pessimistic - in the end there are no safeguards against people willing to die for their cause, which is clearly shown again in Mumbai...
