Go to Malcolm's midwife: Words from the heart

Sometimes the sudden break in routine
can actually cause background anxiety, which, undetected, manifests as restlessness and frustration. Try to keep in touch with yourself and remain a centre of indomitable strength.

Congratulations to Claire and to her dad and mum who give her life. Take care of that back and meditate for the uneasy feelings my friend.

I like the realisation slow as it may be in dawning that one is not
indispensable.

My best wishes for your continued healing Malcolm
its just a thought but maybe when you are feeling better you could do something about healing this work thing? Perhaps if you can see things a little differently it might make your time at work much more enjoyable.... and maybe rid you of your back problem altogether! Many blessings and thanks

I hope you start feeling better soon. When I have back problems I try to lose some weight on my stomach and it releases those muscles in the back. Good luck and kind regards

It's easy to get emotionally invested at work....
....in spite of our not really wanting to. After all, we spend so much time there.
Maybe it's good that you're not there in person.
Back discomfort is hard to deal with and I wish you comfort from it.
Congratulations to Claire!
