I think he's putting effective people in these positoins.
there may be more effective people out there -- I don't know -- but it seems his appointments are quite well received on all sides -- and that's good -- he should get more people on his side on both sides of the aisle with known quantities rather than unknowns who might run up against scepticism and make the job harder for our upcoming pres.
