Thanks, ruby - our fights within would cool down and disappear if we could learn to really listen inwards and stay relaxed - it's 'magic' that most problems can be fixed by itselves if we just can let it happen in a state of relaxation -  - genio

So clever

we tend to only hear what we want. for to listen is one of our many faults, not only to that little whispering voice, but to others and theirs hearts. this is so clever. thank you for the read. did i mention really clever!!

Hi, Sinome - yes ... relaxation is a key, a fantastic gift if we value it as a gift and focus it and ... practice it -

- too many run away, scared of their inside world that hasn't been sorted out and therefore hunts them ... then it's impossible to relax - - genio
