Wonderful work!
I've missed reading you.  Glad you are back.  Did you know a cup of black

coffee can relieve a headache once it has begun?  To boost your serotonin

levels, eat turkey, almonds, dark leafy greens, broccoli, pineapple and

A daily green drink will help too.  I've tried Kyo-Green and it tastes pretty

good.  Something else I have tried is a Therapeutic bath.  It makes you

feel so good.  Just add sea salt, baking soda and lavendar oil and relax!!!

Alway, always take at least fifteen minutes each day to just focus on

relaxation.  Glad you are better.  I missed your great work.

My patient last night was a veteran and he passed, quietly and gently at 04:30 this am. This poem brought a tear to my heart as I remembered holding his hand this morning, no one was with him as he died except me. Thank you for sharing this.

Such an amazing tribute, with images that gave me the chills and titillated my mind I specially liked "a lone wolf in motion being observed  by a full moon. ..."  Not the usual wolf howling at the full moon but that moon observing the wolf as if it were part of her... Loved the idea,  might take it on a poem if you don't mind , some time soon.  ALso the whole poem oozed the familiarity of that really loved, as if his presence were a natural progression of his departure in death.  What a lovely thought.  Great writing Sammy... xoxoxo
