I have never before not ever will consider that age matters in any
relationship my dear Sue; I have friends 30 years younger than myself and we always have plenty to talk about; I also have friends older than me and my own age; the same goes for age gaps in man/woman relationships; it really is all in the mind; we should be with whoever makes us happy and we feel comfortable with full stop; many blessings my friend

Till one learns to appreciate the whole person...
one will always remain dis-satisfied...fault-finding is far more easier than seeing the goodness in each person, including oneself, best, Ash

Hi Star-it is GOOD that you can right your thoughts here! I just wonder
that-if one has a mirror image of oneself-(whatever the sexes)-there would be nothing new-nothing to learn either about each other or for each other!Life possibly would be so predictable as maybe-to become bored with each other? We each have very different needs-and it's being able to meet those needs for each other-that is vital to a long term relationship-(in my humble opinion.)My youngest Son has a 'girl friend' ten years his senior-but she is around his emotional/psychological age! They fit together-very well! God bless.Chris.

Me thinks you think too much. My daughter is 42 and has
never been married. I think she thinks too much, too. God
will bring to you who you deserve. Thankfully, he brought
my significant later in life. Wasn't working when I met,
was a drunk, 20 years ago. Now I'm not working, chronic
pain, he is working good, not drinking, and taking care
of me. We helped each other. God brought us together
out of need not love. But, we love each other now. We
grew into love which lasts the longest. My best.
