Now, oddly, you have called it. What is needed in these economic times are out-the-box concepts. Just what you might think reasonable, do the reverse. Small stimulus? Make it double what the first one was.

and nothing gets done, then that's the old Washington.

Then.....why is he meeting with, appointing his staff and talking about appointing people who are totally representative of that "Old Washington"???  The very people who were "getting nothing done"???
