That reminds me of something I sometimes have in the summer - lassi, an Indian concoction, made with yogurt, buttermilk, cumin and salt (you can also add turmeric to make it yellowish) - over ice, a very refreshing drink...

Warm Grapenuts with savory seasoning doesn't sound bad.
