I personally know quite a few Americans who are aware of life outside of their own bubble, and they are all so humble, as are you. Others, think Saddam Hussein was an al-Qaeda activist! :-)

Yes, I live in Ohio. I teach at a community college, and many of my colleagues are from other parts of the world. Pakistan and India are well represented, as they were at medical school. Generally at the top of the class, too.
