I may do the same. It would be good with roasted peppers or sausages if you want but it is good just this way. HAPPY THANKSGIVING.

I am very tempted to try this for a side dish at Thanksgiving.  I guess it would be good warmed over later.

This sounds quite good

Though the "pudding" part threw me at first. 
Seems it's not really a deserty type pudding.  We just had meatloaf yesterday. Wish I had, had this recipe then.
