I am no expert but I do know that if you drink all the water your supposed to, you eat less, have more energy and lose weight.

ROFL to fluffy! hahahaha
Well, since my recent hospital (reality check) stay, I've been on a diet.  The doc put me on a low salt, low fat, high fiber diet.  Oh, and only one caffine drink a day.  It's actually not as bad as I thought it would be.  The trick is to keep eating healthy.  I think after my "scare" that won't be a problem.  I really don't want to end up in the hospital again.

Shrink your stomach by eating less amounts. Then you won't need to eat as much.

You can eat whatever you want at that point but keep the amounts small unless starving. The general rule is don't eat more than you burn. That's how people get fat. Fat tells you you're eating more than you need.

Eat a good base of protein at about 9 or 10 and you'll have strength for the whole day.

I eat steak often in the morning am very athletic and have no fat on me. Though genetics are a great help.

devour garlic in all forms - it 'eats up' fat! do a brisk swim for half an hour everyday and a 20 minute near-jog up a gradient, every alternate day. if after 1 month your love handles (yes love handles!) and lower paunch don't go into recession, i'll only leave smilies and flowers on your comments page :) and oh! start the day with a dash of honey in warm lime juice- good for anyone, across seasons - guru know-it-all :) ha ha ha. but seriously, most of it works.

Cute post, Ariala

hmmm, tips for staying fit and slim?  I truly believe that there is no "one size fits all" plan.  Our bodies are different due to hormones, ancestry, DNA, lifestyle, etc.  I say find what works for you personally, and stick to it!

What works for me is a plant-based diet.  Americans tend to base their meals around meat, but I've found that too much meat makes me "bulkier".  I am a carb junkie though, so when I really need to get serious, I use the Weight Watchers Points system.  It's a great way to get back on track when I've really flubbed.  Like lately!

Sam, I hear drinking with your meal isn't good for digestion.

Three glasses of water, three times a day.  One
before your meal, with your meal and after.  My
eyeballs are overflowing with water.  I don't know
how much more I can drink.  Water, water, water!!!
