It's a viral email and the problem is that obama will take the money from

the very rich, not the waiter and not you, assuming that you earn less than the limit that Obama spoke of.

Then, if the homeless man is homeless because he is a messed up vet or off his medications, then Obama will help him and give him some of the money as services to get him into a home and back on track.

If he is homeless because there is a lazy bum ruling his soul, then Obama will give him very little money as services, maybe flu shots and a doctor once a year.

We have always been a nation of people who look out for each other and to say that we will no longer do that is just wrong. It is not in our nature, it has just been recently planted in the minds of a greedier generation of millionaires.

So, all that said, the little story doesn't illustrate the future as Obama's rules it. It is a fake and meaningless example of petty arrogance and idiocy on the part of the fabled restaurant diner. And, I delete it every time I receive it in my inbox and yell at relatives who forward the cattle poop to me.

I'd be wary if you ever eat there again and have the same waiter.
Servers have long memories when it comes to customers who stiff them on the tip.
