This is a good reminder; we so often struggle against things we have no control over...a lot would be achieved if we remained calm. It is something we must all learn and cultivate. These lines also remind me of the popular saying, the gist of which is---happiness is like a butterfly, the more you chase it, the further it flies. But if you stay still, it comes and perches on your shoulder

I love it, hardilaziz.  I began to calm down about the time I retired at 67.  I stopped adding color to my hair, stopped wearing make-up all the time and started learning to be comfortable with who I am.
