Yes, a glorious event but - it's reoccurring events and layer upon layer - it's not a "quick-fix" ;-( Sometimes, I feel I'm stuck in the sand but - for sure, it's getting better every time but - it's an ongoing process to convince every part of me that I'm "actually free". You know, patterns are hard to get rid of and it's too easy to be trapped in the same "footprint" again and again if we're not conscious about ourselves; our thoughts and actions. genia
