The confusion is very normal - it takes a lot of time truly listening to yourself to even start reducing it. I am glad you identified with parts of this poem

Another day ... yes ...

... but for some people it's hard to turn emotions, especially when deep wounds crawl about inside and make shadows for the present - for me ... I sometimes have to deal with my own reality of the past and, it might interfere with the day today -  - genio
