thanks skye - they added some b12, folic acid, multi-vitamins and the usual therapeutic mind exercises. i don't want to de dependent on drugs for the rest of my life - i am coming out of the ether slowly

Another day in fun town
I take fish oil Omega 3's for panic attacks. Recommended by a pyschiatrist. It takes 6 a day to work but better then sitting around taking antidepressants and dreaming of ways to do yourself in. Also Vitamin B complex, again 6 a day, helps to calm the brain. Have you visited the EFT web site? This technique works well. (it is emotional freedom technique) You can download the manual for free.
