Hi, mariaki ... yes, agree with you ... egoism is a strong master to be a slave by. I believe in information and education in the long run. Today it's too much selfishness ... then maybe the credit crunch can get people waking up ? -  - genio

Hi, merkie - thanks ... yes, a question we need to keep alive - and it'll always be different perceptions that interfere as a part of the nature of life but, we can do what we can to get a balance. It's to high waves, to broad gap ... between good/bad, rich/poor etc -  - genio

Thanks, Decshak - yes, sometimes, but ... I have to say but ... 'cause many may have the chance to use happiness when they want but, not everyone. Darfur is an example and, it's real ... not only a place to mention to try to make you irritated, angry at me or ... any excuse for being negative. (Darfur is just one place where the life is horror every day).

Don't we see how the superficial life styles flourish?

It's not that we who have the chance to be happy ... more than a little time ... should strangle happiness and feel pain for those in our world that need attention and help ... no, be happy but, let's remind ourself often that we're a part of humankind and, should try to inform, or help in other ways, when we can -  - genio

I suppose because common sense is just too obvious – like can’t see the forest for the trees syndrome.  Great thoughts – great way of playing them out for us!
