I agree with you and Colin Powell; the Republicans are off in the wrong direction. Even John McCain says spending is out of control. That's the recent Republican legacy (or longer. See Reagan's spending habits.) So good for Powell. Keep the conservatives honest.

It is a total act of independence but for me, it is exercising his right to a choice. I would cry if that ever was looked upon as disloyal. sam
