ALL THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL ISN'T REFERRING ONLY TO THE JEWS
They make up about 30% of the "House of Israel".
There are the "Lost Ten Tribes". There are the Samaritans, who are a small part of that even. It seems the Northern Kingdom was resettled mainly in Media, or Northern Turkey of today, and formed an integral part of the Persian ruling class during the greatness of that Empire (as in "Darius the Mede").
So we might just look to Iran for the rest of the "House of Israel".
