Excellent POST!
If I allow myself to stop labeling everything that happens in my life as Good or Bad.. the peace that passes all understanding becomes very clear. Christ said..
He (the Father) causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. Matthew 5:45

We are just humans, and faithful or not, we all want to provide for our families the best we can, faithful or not, we all worry at times, faithful or not we all suffer pain in many forms.

Praise The Lord!
I agree with you, we must always praise and thank the Lord through good times and bad. It is unfortunate though, that praising Him in good times will not keep all bad times away from us. We will always have problems while living. He just helps us to cope and get through them easier and faster.
