 'I repent' is neither easy to say nor to do. Either way it is a positive signal.

Repentence

if I say I repent... and no action follows then surely there is falsehood in the statement.. however if I physicaly repent... with a change in behavior... then perhaps no words need to be spoken  .. and then there is repentence for any to see ~OTA
