It is a hard journey to the rise above the endless hole

I have been down your path to the very end. I do mean the very end. I have a story on Storywrite called: Is This The Only Way?  I have a story here called The Dance that alludes to my experience.  I was able to come back by learning not to let Fear find me.  Barbara Brennan states in: "Hands of Light"  if you can ask yourself "Am I afraid at this very moment?" If you can say no, then you are in a state of Love and not fear. You might have to do it second to second or minute to minute.  It has taken a lot of work to move from a state of fear to a state of Love and I've had to do it without antidepressants because they make me more suicidal.  I also have had to do it with limited pain medication and no anti anxiety meds.  I had to go cold turkey on all medications I took to get me through before my end of the road but with alternative energy work and counseling I got through and not letting fear find me.  It is not an easy path but learning to connect to the Universal energy and learning to visual roots coming from your feet to the center of earth to let the negative energy be released helps.  Dr. Delores Kieger who wrote Theraputic Touch is a very good read.

I am in caregiver syndrome now but I know how to open the shade at the end of the tunnel so I can see the light and I know how to ask for help now.  I am not alone.  My spiral to the depths of Hell are now more speed bumps or pot holes.  I have also written about the path to love base in my article "The Blessing of Fibromyalgia".   It is an individual path to walk and an individual solution to a path of well being.  There is help out there but it is your search that will lead you to a place of peace and happiness.

May you be blessed and the Light of Love surround you

Honey,
I feel your pain - I was nearly bedridden with depression on and off for 7 years. There are days you don't get out of bed unless you have to rush to the supermarket before it closes. Days you don't shower. Months that you live in total apathy. I wouldn't wish it on my own worst enemy.
