Bhaskar.ing, this so makes me think of my little old Uncle Paul who passed away not long ago at age 95. He lost his Bess seven years before and though he was stoic and uncomplaining, he lived in the memory of the years they had together. Great post.

this sounds like a gorgeous poem. funny, i thought the first like "woman greatly missed" tugged at my heart more than "my lost love" or any other romantic phrase
