Seriously except for Alaska. Its location lies closer to the Arctic ice cap. I guess that its coldness works good enough to chill out Alaskans at this time. I offer no metrological or scientific explanation. I succeeded in the completion of a major ecology course for credit, and a collateral curriculum for futurists. *** w/TLC, BCA Bill’s Wave Blog on!
