Poem A VIRTUOUS WOMAN $ 5.00
A woman is a breath of fresh air in the morning when she rise
Her virtuous chasity is as pure as the water in the springtime
Her husban does trust in her purity when he's gone for periods of time
She holds fast to her virtues within and without the gates
She is a friend to the friendless and homeless and
reachest out to the poor
She rise up at night snd give unto her household, even utom her servants
She is known among the elders of the city
When she goes out for a visit she does not sit in the seat
of the ungodly Nor spread gossip around town
Her smile is missed when she can not be found

Advice to Sam
Sam: it's Betty here I'm 63 years old and in a few days I'll be 64 on the 26 of this month, so I know what youare experiencing with the hot flashes, but i'ts different for every woman and yet they have some of the same symptoms they go through. It will get better, but what ever you do try not to take estrogens especially if you smoke. my Doctor said it can be predisposing to cancer. Sorry about your cotton but I hope you enjoyed your trip with your husband even with the hot flashes. Yes we are blessed to be on the west coast we don't have measurable earth quakes every year but the east coast and the gulf have hurricanes
every year, I have sisters in the State of Georgia and now I also have a daughter who
is a Navy Recruiter in Lake Charles Louissanna So you know I was very uneasy quite a bit

You have killed me for my rubies, diamonds silver and gold
Slithering through the darkness, waiting to strick me down
Eyes like a piercing sword watching when no one is around
You have spilled my people blood in the name of progress
Like an old sponge the groun have soaked up my life
Used me up tossed me aside and never even thought twice
To leave me with a little ray of hope would have been quite nice
