I am not voting for Obama and I am willing to believe anything about him,  just don't like the guy,  but...if  all that is true how come it is not all over CNN?  Maybe the guy I am planning to vote for is not as sharp as I thought because I am no politician but I would not miss something like that. And there's something VERY fishy about that fact that while the freakish MSM went to Alaska to dig up "dirt" on Palin - only to find that (GASP!) her husband got a DUI at 22 and (double GASP!) she uses Costo-brand Kirkland products (let's not even go into that farce of a Troopergate - if my sister had married to an abusive husband I would have done the same thing!) NO ONE, not one "journalist" went to Hawaii to seek out Obama's grandmother, who was also mysteriously kept away from the campaign and Convention. What is she hiding? What is Obama hiding?

Tax breaks come in more than one form.  Tax credits can be reimbursable, in which case everyone who qualifies for it gets some money back.
