Thanks, I've been able to reproduce the problem. A temporary workaround is to type a space before you insert the picture, which seems to work fine for me (please let me know if it doesn't work for you).
We expect to be able to fix the problem in the next update to Blogit, which should be within the next two weeks.

Could you tell me which web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari) and operating system (e.g. Windows Vista, Mac OS) you're using? I can then investigate the problem. Thanks!
