thanks everyone for the love and support

i really appreciate it

to see nine comments warms my otherwise broken heart...

it seems that I am quite through trying to make things better

i have been in this state for so long

i can perhaps count on my hands my good days

or at least it seems that way

i work so hard at my remedy

and it seems that i am forever just hitting my head against the wall

i told my psychiatrist that i am ready to accept this low quality of mental state as permanent

i am really tired of working at it

like i said, i'm beating a dead horse here
