I love this family story, and also the way you put it in the historical context...

Love this story, Kabu. You've got to compile all these into a big beautiful family history album. What a treasure that would be for your kids and grands, etc...

As Wiley (and Sinome, I belive) said there are some similarities to your Grandma Sarah's story and your very own.... Oh, how I love "love at first sight" stories.  I trust you're going to tell us more.

Wow Kabu... Your Grandma Sarah's story is not unlike yours... a love match at second try... that was so rare then and I might ad now :-).  You really are very talented Kabu,  and I beg you to consider publishing these wonderful excerpts,  compile them and make a book of them... They are truly wonderful sweetie, they have a lot of history in them and plain human feelings that many will relate to.  I love reading you :-)

Justi just a small horse drawn cart for one or two people to sit on behind the horse. Kids could bundle into the back.

Kabuiepie-;)

I just love these stories darlin', and can't help overthinking some lines;

"There was a brief courtship undertaken mainly with letters because......"

Ther was a brief courtship undertaken mainly with e-mails and telephone because with thousands of miles between them............. Cool Heart Heart/arrow Love Letter  Loving You
