Like the US does often, just moves on with its own agenda and to heck with the world's opinions.

Yup, no man is an island, what goes around comes around, what is good for the goose is sometimes all that the gander gets, too and all that folksy stuff.
We have been kicking butt and taking names for centuries and now it just might stop and they just might turn on us.....sigh.
When we so joyously celebrated the Fall of Communism, who knew that they just might get to, not long afterwards, joyously celebrate the Fall of Capitalism.
It had turned into the nastiest and most greedy and cruel form of Capitalism known ever, so it deserves to die, I think....
Maybe the Green Party and it's more thoughtful members might come up with better practices and methods of trade and commerce and social responsibility. HOw about those Libertarians??!?!?

Pat_B, a fellow wrote in my other blog on oped, that we get what we pay 4.
He believes that we need to significantly raise the salary of our president so that they don't have to resort to graft and collusion and the things that they do because their future finances are involved.
Too sad that baseball and football and basketball players who often never finish college and can't take care of their own bank accounts are making so very much more than the man or possibly woman who runs our nation. Scary Capitalist politics and economics.
He says, in his comment to me that we pay for crap and that is what we get. He was very angry. I was giggling at the way that he put it. Sigh......
