Real men don’t go into hiding... Unfortunately my daughter's father went into hiding for some time when she was young. Fortunately they have rebuilt a relationship now that she is a young woman (and she seems to treasure this relationship deeply). I think some father's just don't realize how important their contribution or presence is.
