ya, naut. You could use Limbo but we usually refer to it as: les limbes (between heaven and hell!). Seems to sum up my "zone" very well, indeed.

You are in the 'noui-limbo'! (Offhand, I'm not sure if you say 'limbo'
en Francais. If you don't, you can use the French equivalent. But you
should say 'limbo', because it's from the Italian. Remember Dante's
Divina Commedia?) Anyway, noui-limbo (or the limbo of the noui) seems to fit your position perfectly...
