by the way..
I am a non-Arabic speaking person, who learned Arabic in school as compulsory language at school, and I lived in Arab country for about a year. If you need someone to discuss your student's difficulties in learning Arabic (not sure how much I can help, but I would be happy to try), you're most welcome to contact me at orcalion@yahoo.com

I used to teach at Berlitz, too, English in Mexico.

It is exhausting to teach one on one for so long.....take walks in the shops or something to not go absolutely crazy. I dragged my students outside and we talked about what we saw, more stimulating....poor baby. 4 hrs......

Artwork, much more fun.

Have you ever heard about or thought about cafepress online? Or zazzle? You upload your images to be placed upon products, all for free to you and they pay you when your things sell. Crass commercial art things that pay the rent and buy shoes. You just spread the word about your pages.

Good to hear from you again.  It seems like long spaces between your posts.
