Thank you. Your observations are very true. We don't make the time to de-stress, so there's more stress, and even less time....and the cycle goes on.

If one doesn't take care of the stress clinical depression will set in. I know, I have it. Great post!  sam

Snow
We are often our own worst enemy – with things such as living beyond our means, allowing our home to become cluttered with needless “things”, or running on empty.  Yes, some of your suggestions may be simple but so many don’t take the time to restructure their life in order to find pockets of peacefulness.  And then they wonder why they feel so stressed out; often blaming it all on outside influences as apposed to their own doing.  Another good post.
