- Go to Freemasonry and the Litmus Test of Christianity
It seems like most people do not realize that Masonry has Christian roots, perhaps not a popular brand of Christianity, but still Christian nevertheless. I know Masons who are truly good people living lives that Christians should aspire to. I'm not saying that all Masons are good people, but are all who profess to be Christians good people? By the way, the founding fathers of the USA and those who drew up the American constitution were mostly Masons too. People often confuse secrecy with evil. It is natural for humans to fear the unknown. Some ceremonies have to be secret to have any effect on the candidates for initiation.
