Kabu
No doubt you felt “wrung out” after that exercise.  The process is not an easy one and it’s a good thing you have Wiley at your side to help you stay the course.  Hope you feel better today.

But the better days are coming, Kabu! Having your freedom
will be worth the fight. Sip some green tea with honey, light a candle, listen to some sweet music. There, don't you feel better?  {{{{}}}} hugs to you! :)pat

The bridge between hope and despair is often a good night's sleep.  It's a new day, Kabu!  Mal

Kabumom
This is the very first comment I did with my brand new notebook PC!
I'm fighting a headache too but I think it is partly from trying to figure this contraption out!
You rest well and feel better.

Sweetie our bodies build up lactic acid when we are under stress. I am sure you know this being a nurse. If you will take a 1/4 cup baking soda, 1/4 cup Epsom's salt, 1/4 table salt  and a drop or two of lavender oil and soak in water just a tad warmer than body temperature for 30 minutes you will feel like a million dollars. Try it.

Just take care of yourself! And having to relive moments your old life may be a little uncomfortable, but it also helps make you realize how much brighter your new life is, I'm sure...

Sleep well Kabu...
...and put those issues on hold until you are stronger.  You can't deal with such issues when your reserve is low. You and Wiley sleep well!

It's very unsettling to have to deal again and again with matters one only wished to put behind once and for all. You'll get there, courage.

I am glad that my divorce was fairly short but not too sweet

Hush little baby don't say a word, mommy's gonna buy you a mockingbird.
Go to sleep and may it all go away. My secret, super hot wash cloths on my face and head over and over until it all goes away, warmed out of me.
