Normally I would say no, but...recently I experienced similar customer service trying to order a camera online. When I called the guy burped in the phone, called me names, it was so bizarre. When I called back to speak to a Mgr. the manager told me he didn't care.

could that agent be from a legit company dear? I dont think it is possible for anyone in his position to act in such horrible behavior!!????
