Too late with that good advice, Ariala. I've already got BBB
But I'm working on it. No more 5-hour sessions at the computer. Up and walking every hour. Time outdoors every day, exercises... If I lose another 20 pounds, my blood pressure will drop and I may not need to take the meds. How cool is that? I've missed your way with words while I've been offline -- good to read you again!!! :) Pat

Brilliant advice. Me, being an exercise freak and a veg am happy to report that the butt is ok (and so is the rest) but tearing myself away from blogit and all the other sites I have taken up writing for, is difficult. After all, a girl needs to make living.

I have that big butt, but I sit on it all day at work, and not much exercise except for the walks my daughter and I take almost daily

May I add, take time to appreciate the ones closest to you. Kiss and hug them, then walk them to the park.

I'm afraid the BBB already has me in its grip. It may be too late for me, but maybe some bloggers will be warned by your post.
